Business Unit / Sales Controller (m/f) & Corporate Operations Controller (m/f)

Job description

• Perform detailed financial and operational KPI analysis, including month/year-end reporting, plan vs. actual comparisons, and portfolio controlling
• Support factory management, controllers, and business unit leaders in conducting thorough financial analyses and developing countermeasures or continuous improvement plans
• Coordinate planning efforts by assisting in the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts, and analyzing planning data for informed decision-making
• Oversee Sales and Product Controlling, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and managing the financial performance of the product portfolio
• Ensure compliance with transfer-pricing regulations and contribute to R&D project controlling, including project costing, quotation costing, and calculation tool development
• Provide expertise in product standard cost calculations to support accurate profitability assessments
• Offer support in cost accounting matters through regular training, workshops, one-on-one exchanges, and site visits to ensure consistency and reporting quality
• Be willing to offer temporary on-site controlling support at plants when necessary, addressing specific controlling issues
• Design and develop operational dashboards and reports using tools like BW (Business Warehouse) and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Lead initiatives aimed at standardizing and harmonizing controlling processes across the group, as well as optimizing IT systems, particularly contributing to SAP S/4 HANA post-implementation projects
