They are currently looking for new colleague on a position:
Civil Work Supervisor (m/f) Location: Split
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance of civil works with drawings, technical specifications, and dimensional requirements
- Monitor civil contractors’ involvement in process modifications and assess potential cost or schedule impacts
- Coordinate interfaces between civil and process contractors, including work sequencing and site access
- Prepare, monitor, and follow up on work schedules between civil and process subcontractors
- Identify, document, and ensure closure of deviations from drawings and reference documents
- Report civil engineering issues that may affect process works to the Site Manager
- Coordinate material handovers, logistics, and access to process intervention areas
- Organize lifting and hoisting operations in cooperation with mechanical and civil teams
- Apply and enforce Health & Safety standards, report incidents, and participate in safety inspections
- Monitor quality of works and ensure compliance with WTE quality and environmental procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary, higher vocational, or university degree (technical background preferred)
- Practical on-site experience
- Minimum 2 years in wastewater plant construction projects (preferable, not mandatory)
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:
