They are currently looking for new colleague on a position:
  
Construction Manager (Mechanical) (m/f)
Location: Split
  
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and coordinate the erection team, including supervisors and quality inspectors
• Coordinate and supervise erection subcontractors and ensure effective communication on site
• Monitor execution of mechanical erection works in line with contracts, schedule, and quality requirements
• Track subcontractor progress and identify potential logistical risks or interface issues
• Supervise local engineering studies related to piping and equipment erection
• Support planning activities and provide technical clarifications to internal teams and the Client
• Assist in supplier and subcontractor coordination, including contract-related support
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation activities
• Manage site-related claims and protect WTE contractual interests with subcontractors
• Enforce Health & Safety standards on site, report incidents, and stop unsafe works if required
• Participate in safety inspections and coordinate H&S meetings with the Site Manager
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental procedures, including inspections and non-conformities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary, higher vocational, or university degree (technical background preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wastewater plant construction projects (preferred, not mandatory)
• Practical on-site experience
• Professional proficiency in Croatian and English

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project, with a probation period of three months
