Job description

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing regional key accounts and ambulatory practices to drive successful brand performance. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in consultative selling and relationship management, we invite you to apply.

• Develop and execute an effective strategy plan for collaboration with key accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Integrate promotional and educational activities and services to secure and maintain account support.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the technical and medical aspects of our brand, using consultative approaches and effective relationship management techniques.
• Establish yourself as an expert on our products, therapeutics, and competitive landscape within the assigned accounts.
• Work collaboratively with the Field Marketing Manager for the Hospital Therapy Area, providing input on brand marketing strategies, budgeting, and tactical planning.
• Develop and manage critical relationships with key specialists in assigned key accounts, as well as target selected ambulatory specialists within a specified geographic area.
• Adhere strictly to internal and external regulations, acts, and procedures, including the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, and local industry code.
• Ensure proper and compliant reporting of adverse events and adhere to GxP quality requirements applicable to your area of responsibility.
• Track promotion reports and assess results against targets.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain complete and accurate Key Centers/Accounts Plans.
• Achieve target coverage and frequency of visits to key doctors, ensuring productive engagement.
• Continuously enhance therapy and product knowledge through evaluations and progress assessments.
• Maintain a high level of job performance, as measured through appraisals and management feedback.
• Drive productivity within the SciOps department, contributing to the improvement of processes.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all SciOps activities.

Employer's requirements

• Master's degree / University degree in pharmacy, medicine, biosciences, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating strong sales performance. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong business acumen and critical thinking. • Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards. • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
