Providing team leadership and coaching
Implementing, analyzing and developing action plans
Motivating the team in order to achieve the set goals
Focusing the team on the daily tasks according to the customer requirements and objectives
Communicating team status, task accomplishments and future directions
Analyzing KPIs/SLAs and proactively reporting to the Operations Manager
Zahtjevi poslodavca
Full proficiency both in German and English languages (min. C1 level, mandatory)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience in customer support industry is preferable
Work experience as a team leader is a plus
Ability to motivate and coach team members
Strong administration and organization skills
Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction
