• Oversee the daily delivery of all Facilities & Fleet Management services, including site inspections, contractor supervision, and adherence to QHSE and security policies
• Manage the Facility Help Desk and Service Insight platforms, ensuring timely resolution of work orders within KPI targets
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and internal teams, building strong working relationships and supporting ongoing operational needs
• Support the Area Lead with budget management, procurement, invoice processing, and regular financial forecasting
• Coordinate office logistics such as space planning, office moves, parking, access control, and reception coverage when required
• Administer full fleet management services including vehicle handovers, leasing contracts, claims, and communication with leasing partners
• Manage fleet-related administrative tasks such as license checks, vehicle retrievals, invoice approvals, and lease return assessments
• Collaborate with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure a cost-effective, compliant, and service-oriented fleet operation

• Strong communication skills in English and Croatian (spoken and written)
