• Provide comprehensive support to the Country Manager in budgeting, planning, analysis, cash flow, and monthly reporting
• Serve as a liaison between the financial team in headquarters and operations in Croatia
• Organize and coordinate the finance department, including managing relationships with external accounting service providers
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with local and group requirements
• Establish and maintain robust systems and controls to verify the integrity of processes and data
• Proactively improve the control environment and contribute to operational efficiency by defining and monitoring KPIs, analyzing changes, and providing recommendations
• Conduct regular reviews of operating costs and propose optimization strategies
• Coordinate cross-department project teams to ensure effective company-wide processes and encourage active collaboration
• Oversee cash management and cash collection activities and procedures
• Prepare and actively participate in the budgeting process and ensure budget realization in actual reporting
