Financial Accountant (m/ž)

Job description

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
• Cooperation and communication with financial institutions and preparation of necessary documents and business plans for new loan applications and financial or operational leases
• Monitoring deadlines for convening regular and extraordinary shareholder meetings and working closely with the company's director to define the agenda
• Defining the financial status, capital, and economic results of the company within the consolidated financial statements of the group
• Providing support in verifying, posting, and recording all business transactions, reclassifying profit and loss accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and tax documents in collaboration with the group's auditing firms and tax advisors
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual reports
• Collaborating with other departments and involved parties to achieve financial goal
