• proposing strategic and annual goals of the service in accordance with strategic and annual company goals
• plans, coordinates, leads, and supervises the execution of the production plant's activities to achieve strategic and annual goals and takes timely measures in case of deviations
• ensures the cost-effective operation of the service in accordance with the guidelines and the budget
• ensures the operation of the service in accordance with the organization, processes, acts, and values of the company, as well as legal requirements
• leads employees in the service and ensures their development
• ensures professional and personnel development of the service in accordance with the company's strategy and policy
• ensures safe working conditions in accordance with legal requirements and regulations
• reports on the results of the work of the service
Employer's requirements
• Technical education/bacground (mechanical/electrical engineering or similar)
• High pressure die casting
• Team management experience
• Leadership skills
• Application of minimum ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards

Company description
Cimos Group is located in two locations in Croatia - Buzet, and Roč. Both locations have a total area of over 30,000 m2. The team consists of more than 480 people, and they work with modern technologies and renowned customers such as VW, Audi, Garrett, Volvo, Ford, and others.
