The HR Specialist is responsible for managing a range of HR activities including employee development, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves aligning HR practices with the company's business goals to ensure optimal workforce management and employee satisfaction. The HR Specialist will focus on maintaining a positive organizational culture while managing employee needs and supporting their professional growth.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and processes, ensuring proper feedback and evaluation mechanisms
Compensation and Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and ensure competitive compensation packages
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure positive labor relations
HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Attendance and Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and absences
Document Management: Organize and maintain files, contracts, and important records (both digital and physical)
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules for executives or teams, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Expense Tracking: Handle administrative expenses, including budgeting and expense reports
Office Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
Administrative Support: Assist with inter-departmental communications, respond to administrative inquiries, and support office tasks
Security and Safety Management
Support area of responsibility also includes checking, accounting and posting all business transactions as well as reconciling fixed assets
Support Preparation of tax reports and communication with auditors and tax advisors
