They are looking for support in the Sales Department of Endress+Hauser International in Croatia for
Eastern Europe region on a position:

Internal Sales Engineer (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports Business Development Manager (BDM) and Representation companies (Reps)
• Supports and executes business with Reps from the office (technically and commercially)
• Supports Reps in executing structured sales approaches towards key customers and projects
• Preparing quotes including technical, commercial and export conditions
• Enters/registers project information into the Opportunity Management database
• Active support in project acquisition
• Coordination of international projects
• Definition of an action plan to generate business opportunities together with the BDM
• Execute price and margin management.

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR:
• At least 1 year of experience in relevant field
• Background: high school education or BA in engineering or relevant field
• Language skills: Croatian and English (Business fluent)
• Experience in working in an international surrounding will be advantage
• Very good communication skills
• High affinity for IT and proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a great advantage
• Proactive personality with expressive communication as well as negotiation skills and have a
result-oriented and precise way of working.
