They are looking for a new team member for their office in Zagreb:

Junior Accountant (m/f)
Zagreb

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Processing business expenses
• Managing day-to-day transactions
• Preparing and submitting all billing and invoicing
• Inputting accounting data into the system
• Preparing and reconciling bank deposits
• Reconciling cash, preparation of payment orders
• Recording AP and AR transactions and cash posting
• Maintaining precise records of all incoming payments
• Verifying the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
• Researching, negotiating and reconciling chargeback and third-party claims
• Reviewing and entry of financial documentation such as invoices, bills, accounts payables and accounts receivable
• Review of bank and credit card transactions
• Processing business expenses
• Managing day-to-day transactions
• Liaising with customers and vendors as and when required
• Closing invoices (payments and other closure methods)
• Performing additional job-related tasks assigned by the employer.

THEIR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Secondary Economic school or bachelor’s degree in Economy
• Proficient knowledge of English language
• Basic computer skills and can comprehend new software easily
• An eye for details and is thorough in his work
• Highly developed organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well in a team, but also individually without supervision.
