On behalf of our client, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, we are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter to join their team.
  
Junior Talent Aquisition Sourcer/Recruiter (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
  
What kind of work will you be doing?
  
Talent Sourcing

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement activities
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and talent mapping projects

  
Recruitment Support

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain recruitment data and documentation

  
Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Participate in intake meetings and sourcing strategy discussions
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and sourcing activity

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools
• Experience supporting recruitment projects or hiring initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• English minimum B2 level
