Our client, a global company, is looking for a new team member for their office in Zagreb:

Marketing Specialist (m/f)
Zagreb

JOB BRIEF:
To support the development and implementation of the business brand strategy. Focus will be the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities (consumer promotions, retail campaigns, displays, events and POS) to support sales development short and mid-term. Planning and execution based on product roadmap, defined growth areas, market development and competitor activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Involvement in the companies' strategy
• Multibrand tasking, with emphasize on its development
• Learning about company’s new products, selecting the best from the assortment and presentation of key features that will appeal to the customers
• Creating media buying strategy and implement it with agency
• Creating marketing campaigns in accordance with existing materials to attract new prospects and customers
• Preparation of POS materials, catalogues etc.
• Development of new social media strategies
• Training and education activities with sales team
• Cooperation and coordination of PR team in development of promotional activities
• Monitoring product sales and revenue.

THEIR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven marketing experience
• Understanding of retail environment including POS, display projects from design to implementation
• Highly motivated, thrives working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Well-developed communication skills and an ability to interpret, simplify and articulate concepts and rework technical text for broader audience
