Paint Process Engineer - R&D sector (m/f)

Job description

• Timely and high-quality execution of activities within development projects according to WBS project structure in painting technology
• Participation and definition of product concepts and processes in the acquisition phases of new projects
• Providing data needed for creating offers for customers for technical units
• Monitoring and approving the application of new solutions in the development of new and improvement of existing products from the aspect of functionality and aesthetics
• Timely and high-quality enforcement of activities in RFQ phase according to WBS project structure in painting technology
• Defining the direction of market research for painting area
• Participation in the development of new products based on applicable standards, experiences or results of benchmarking tests
• Cooperation with departments and external partners that are part of RFQ or project according to WBS standard
• Analysis of market needs, analysis of competitors and customers, proposing suppliers
• Technical responsibility for technology and standardization of products, processes, tools, and equipment
