Job description
• Ensure the industrial feasibility of new products in collaboration with R&D and Innovation teams
• Define, update, and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM), reducing costs while maintaining quality
• Develop coding systems for product components and integrate them into ERP systems for better traceability
• Coordinate the transition from prototyping to mass production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Continuously improve production processes by introducing new technologies and optimizing efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners in the selection of materials and technologies
• Provide technical support to production and create industrial documentation (production methods, packaging, etc.)
Employer's requirements
• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Knowledge of production techniques, materials transformation, and CAD
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and open to change
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
