• Responsible for analyzing project requirements, communicating fully with sales staff and customers, and outputting solutions
• Output local promotional materials for new products and industry solutions in charge, and continuously track and improve the application of materials
• Trained sales and technical staff and customers on products and solutions
• Made market analysis of the products and solutions in charge, including research on the advantages and disadvantages of competitors' solutions and products, regional and industry policy research, and industry future trend research
• Supported technical problems encountered in the promotion of products and solutions in the region
• Provide support for important issues encountered by customer
Employer's requirements
• 1, 3 years working experience in solution, project pre-sales and technical support in security industry
• Familiar with security monitoring system integration, proficient in CCTV, access control and ALARM systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, industry solution awareness, good solution writing and technical communication skills
• Can use English as working language
