Job description
• Full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the given category
• Creation and execution of the Go-to-Market model, including coordination of retail activities, planning trade fairs and public events, and managing the BTL budget
• Developing and implementing product marketing strategies, including full management of the ATL budget in the region (digital channels included), building awareness of brands, and understanding the target consumer
• Performing in-depth data analysis of market data (GFK) and sales data
• Coordinating the usage of marketing materials across the region, including web pages, in-store presence, POS materials, and collaboration with marketing agencies
Employer's requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager (min. 5 years)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Strong commercial understanding of the retail environment
• Experience in market analysis, including GFK data
• Background in FMCG is an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Slovenian is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills
• Excellent commercial and verbal communication abilities
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to work
