Job description

• End-to-end development and implementation of sales analytics
• Design and develop functional reports and dashboards based on business requirements, transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations
• Maintain business intelligence models to design, develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports
• Build new data sets and structures to support business needs
• Act as the SFA system owner and subject matter expert
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to aggregate data from marketing and sales departments
• Act as a power user in the implementation and support of digital tools (i.e. Trax and Salesforce) and mutual cooperation with internal IT development partnersAnalyze and evaluate sales performance data, providing insights on figures and trends
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and insights for Commercial and Leadership teams
• Send weekly/monthly sales reports to PPD partners
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance performance
• Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams to design effective reporting tools, dashboards, and sales system applications
• Support the Commercial team in planning and monitoring Route Plans and other Commercial KPIs

Employer's requirements

• University degree • 3+ years experience in a similar role (FMCG industry is an advantage) • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of databases and database maintenance • Advanced experience in working with SAP or CRM • Experience in working with Nielsen and IWSR platforms and reports • Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
