• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives
• Manage and coordinate a highly motivated sales team, ensuring optimal performance
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze emerging markets to expand the company's presence
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor sales performance, preparing reports and proposing corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives
• Prepare detailed monthly reports for the Italian headquarters
Employer's requirements
• University degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in commercial roles specifically in the rental and sale of construction machinery for lifting or handling
• Fluent communication skills in English (Italian is advantage)
• Strong results orientation and proven ability to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Established competence and professionalism in the relevant sector
