Sales Support Specialist m/f
Location: Novigrad

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

receiving and processing orders of goods, apparel, frames and lenses for (Export & EU countries)
issuing invoices, documents
communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B)
managing warranties
managing shipments
receiving complaints regarding quantities or conditions in accordance with the issued invoices
managing goods returns
other tasks as necessary at the superior's request

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

excellent knowledge of the English language - as the basic prerequisite
computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP is an advantage
good communication and organisational skills
a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks
working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement)
