• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role • Bachelor degree • Leadership skills • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team • Good understanding of KPI’s and store operations • Communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset • Organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English
