You are not just in "customer service". You will be the first point of contact and technical contact person for our customers.
• Technical Support: You will be responsible for 1st level support (ServiceNow & Live Chat) and support our B2B and B2C customers with technical questions in a reliable and solution-oriented manner
• Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: With the help of our digital diagnostic tools, you can analyze error patterns in e-bike components
• Customer Support: Whether dealer or end customer, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through competent advice via telephone and e-mail
• Quality feedback: You are the ear to the market. Your feedback from the cases flows directly into our development and QA to continuously improve our products
• Knowledge management: You document solutions and actively help to expand our internal knowledge database
Employer's requirements
We value motivation and attitude. Experience can be learned, but enthusiasm for technology cannot.
• Technical understanding: You have a basic technical education or a comparable qualification and are interested in topics such as e-bikes, IoT or consumer electronics
• Language skills: Since German is our main market, you have a good command of the language, both written and spoken (level B2/C1) - English and French are an advantage
• Digital literacy: Dealing with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow), MS Office and other tools is part of everyday life for you
• Way of working & personality: You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful phases and enjoy working in a team. You value good service - solutions instead of excuses are a matter of course for you
