Managing sales in Croatia for B2B customers within the following market sectors: Chemicals, Polymers, and Lubricants
Identifying new business opportunities (including new products) in the chemical industry
Implementing strategies for optimal logistics (transportation & warehousing)
Driving both direct and indirect sales, marketing, customer service, and back-office operations
Ensuring excellent QHSSE performance and full legal compliance
Maximizing cross-business synergies and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Zahtjevi poslodavca
3–5 years of relevant experience in the aforementioned or similar tasks
A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other technical faculties, or a degree from a School/University of Economics
MBA or other relevant postgraduate studies are considered a strong advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership capabilities, accountability, and team spirit
Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
Results-oriented mindset
Full professional proficiency in English
Valid Category B driving license
Proficiency in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook
