• Launching and overseeing the stores in the region

Employer's requirements
• Academic background, ideally in Business or related fields;
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop others;
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Result-driven approach;
• Strong orientation towards customers;
• Fluent knowledge in English and Croatian language (oral and written);
• Driving license (B category) and flexibility to travel across the region.
