YOUR EVERYDAY WORK
  
You are not just in "customer service". You will be the first point of contact and technical contact person for our customers.  

• You will be responsible for 1st level support (ServiceNow & Live Chat) and support our B2B and B2C customers with technical questions in a reliable and solution-oriented manner
• With the help of our digital diagnostic tools, you can analyze error patterns in e-bike components
• Whether dealer or end customer, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through competent advice via telephone and e-mail
• You are the ear to the market. Your feedback from the cases flows directly into our development and QA to continuously improve our products  

  
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US
  
We value motivation and attitude. Experience can be learned, enthusiasm for technology is not.  

• You have a basic technical education or a comparable qualification and are interested in topics such as e-bikes, IoT or consumer electronics
• You speak fluent German and preferably speak and write Dutch, English or French
• Dealing with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow), MS Office and other tools is part of everyday life for you
• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful phases and enjoy working in a team. You value good service: solutions instead of excuses are a matter of course for you
