Our client, a global leader in field services and power generation solutions, is currently looking for a new colleague to join their team in the position of:
HR Operations Specialist (m/f)
Location: Croatia - remote
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute standard HR operational processes (onboarding, employee data changes, offboarding)
- Maintain employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors and payroll-related systems)
- Handle HR documentation (creation, distribution, archiving and tracking)
- Escalate process deviations and support issue resolution
- Support HR system testing and data validation
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with KPIs and internal processes
- Collaborate with HR, compliance and other stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations or Administration
- Experience in HR processes, HR systems or service-oriented environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset
