They are currently looking for new colleague on a position:
Marketing Specialist (Data Analyst) (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect customer orders and support order entry
• Monitor order progress and maintain order status updates
• Update shipment schedules, ETAs, and delivery schedules
• Handle order changes, cancellations, shortages, and related issues
• Monitor monthly and annual sales performance and prepare reports
• Analyze sales data by customer and product
• Analyze actual performance against sales plans and identify key variances
• Support the preparation of regular sales meeting and HQ reports
• Manage sales promotion activities and status by customer
• Share market data and order status with sales representatives and customers

  
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales support, order management, or SCM operations
• Ability to analyze sales and order data and prepare business reports
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of business English
• Experience with SAP or within the automotive or tire industry is preferred
