For their team, we are looking for a new member for the position of:
Medical Sales Representative (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily visits to doctors, healthcare institutions, and pharmacies to present and promote medical devices and dietary products
- Manage product positioning and contribute to market development while ensuring achievement of sales and marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing accurate product information and presentations
- Monitor market trends, collect and report relevant insights, and propose ideas for product promotion and advertising
- Prepare and submit regular plans and reports (monthly plans, weekly sales and activity reports)
- Organize and participate in educational activities, promotional events, and medical conferences
- Handle customer communication, including reporting complaints and ensuring timely follow-up
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in medicine or related sciences (medicine / pharmacy / biology)
- Communicative knowledge of English both, verbally and written
- Proficient use of MS Office tools in daily work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid category B driving license
- Previous experience in a Medical Representative role within the pharmaceutical market (OTC or dietary supplements) is an advantage
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry: understanding regulatory requirements, healthcare systems, and market dynamics is considered a strong advantage
