Zahtjevi poslodavca
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the IT sector, focusing on outsourcing and
development services
Business proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in
lead generation, sales funnel management, and post-sales support
Strong technical and sales knowledge, including the ability to explain technical
concepts clearly to clients
Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals and communicate key value
propositions effectively
Market-aware, adaptable, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities
Integrity, reliability, adaptability, and a proactive, results-driven mindset
Ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
International sales experience and familiarity with foreign markets is a plus
