As a Brand Manager for the Pralines & Premium Tablets category, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and managing marketing activities across 8 Balkans markets. This includes overseeing the entire product portfolio, developing marketing plans, coordinating product launches, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving category/brand development.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Take full responsibility for the execution and performance of the Pralines and Premium Tablets category within the local market.
• Adapt and localize centrally developed brand strategies to fit local consumer needs, retail landscape, and market dynamics.
• Coordinate product launches and campaign rollouts with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure timely and consistent execution of all marketing activities in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and category KPIs, providing local insights and feedback to the central team.
• Manage the local marketing calendar and ensure strong alignment with key seasonal periods and promotional plans.
• Oversee the local marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and cost control across all activities.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies for the execution of assets, ensuring they are locally relevant and on-brand.
• Drive brand development initiatives to enhance market presence.
