Our client, AWT International, is a leading distribution company for Fast Moving Consumer Goods in Central and Eastern Europe, with branches in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Northern Macedonia. AWT International facilitates the presence of world-renowned products on the shelves of both large retail chains and small stores in the region, with distribution centers in various key locations.
  
For their new portfolio in infant nutrition of Danone Nutricia Aptamil they are currently looking for new colleague on a position:

Medical Sales Representative (m/f)
Location: Slavonia
 
  
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening the presence of the Danone Nutricia Aptamil portfolio among healthcare professionals across your assigned territory. This full-time field-based position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a high level of independence in planning and organizing daily activities.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and dietitians
• Promote and educate healthcare providers about the benefits of our core milks portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

  
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Medical Sales and Pharmacy knowledge
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Medicine
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• High level of independence, with strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in planning and managing field visits
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Experience in sales or healthcare and nutrition industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nutrition, Business)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Advanced level of English
• Experience working with hospitals is considered an advantage
