Job description
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Interface with external suppliers to verify compliance with quality requirements
• Manage non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers
• Prepare and analyze quality reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices
Employer's requirements
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards (ISO 9001)
• Experience with internal and third-party audits
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and lab tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher), knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Background in electronics
• Availability for frequent business travel to support the Quality Manager in audits across company facilities
