For their new office in Zagreb, we're searching for a team member to take on the role of:

Supply Chain Management Specialist
m/f
Location: Zagreb

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing all orders and requests and communicating regularly on their status with the initial clients
• Being responsible for the supply database and ensuring correct filing and archiving of supply documentation to guarantee the availability and coherence of supply data
• Communicating with customers and keeping them updated concerning their order status.
• Resolving product or service problems by addressing customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue
• Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Maximizing customer operational performance
• Monitoring stock availability, cash flow, and payments
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working in logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP SD modul knowledge
• Ability to communicate in English language on a daily basis (both written and verbally)
• Strong customer focus
