• Map sales territory potential for welding standard products, understanding the welding customer base and competitive situation in the territory (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Develop and execute the growth plan for priority direct accounts and non-Platinum/Gold distributors
• Contribute to and execute the growth plan for Platinum and Gold distributors
• Value sell the flow business portfolio to direct accounts, distributor end customers, and distributors
• Establish strong business relationships with key persons at direct accounts and distributors (including decision makers)
• Keep up to date on the flow business product range and its Points of Differentiation (POD) vs. competitor products
• Work in cooperation with Distributor Development Manager and Sales Representative Industrial Welding Equipment & Solutions
• Follow all commercial standard work in the sales area (including use of CRM, account plans, opportunity and funnel management, contract management)
