Job description

Marketing Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for local marketing agencies, media partners, translation companies, and other third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of local marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide regular reports on local market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media content, online advertising, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with global communication strategy and tone of voice.
• Follow up the local social media presence Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with commercial centers and shopping malls, coordinating joint marketing actions, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events to maximize store visibility and traffic.

Offer & Brand Management

• Follow up on brand and offer plans and campaigns ensuring timely and consistent execution across all activities.
• Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and strategies that strengthen the company’s market position.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy, quality, and visibility of all merchandising materials instore and online.
• Track and ensure the accurate implementation of the monthly animation plan.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with local partners and suppliers to ensure flawless implementation of campaigns.
• Gather feedback and analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate proactively with the headquarters regarding new products, suppliers, and emerging business opportunities.
