• Maintain and increase sales of products and solutions in Croatia and Slovenia
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of Zagreb office, including local administration and logistics
• Establish, maintain, and expand customer base within the Refining and Petrochemical sectors
• Service the needs of existing customers and key accounts, ensuring excellent technical and commercial support
• Update the Company CRM system on a weekly basis for all activity in Croatia and Slovenia
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new routes to market and additional product lines in related process sectors
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
• Compile and analyse sales figures, forecasts, and reports for senior management
• Maintain relationships with major existing customers, and other key process operators and EPCs in the region
• Collect customer feedback and undertake market research to support business planning
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and partner training meetings both locally and internationally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and ethical business practices
