• Issue and post outgoing invoices and perform monthly service calculations for business partners
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate payment arrangements
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledger records
• Prepare and distribute aging reports, open-balance statements, and monthly reports for management and customers
• Manage rebates and discount schemes, including system entries, accruals for bonuses, and issuance of credit/debit notes
• Communicate daily with customers regarding financial matters, resolving discrepancies and payment-related issues
• Support agreement and maintenance of payment terms in cooperation with the Commercial Team
• Prepare documentation for audits and debt collection procedures when required
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure accuracy of financial data and customer records
• Prepare and share regular financial and receivables reports with the Sales Team, providing analytical insights to support decision-making
• Other related duties as assigned
Zahtjevi poslodavca
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role
• Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
• Previous experience with discount or promotional pricing is a plus (tracking and entering to system)
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional responsibilities outlined in the role
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Technical skills as Microsoft Office (advance proficiency) and BI tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
• Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
