Lugera Talent Solutions (formerly Adecco Croatia) is an international company operating across Europe.
We support our clients and candidates on a daily basis, offering services such as search and selection, HR administration, outsourcing, payroll administration, market research, as well as organizing various trainings and workshops.
To ensure the highest quality of service for our clients, we are currently looking for a new team member to join us in the position of:

Account Manager m/f
Location: Zagreb

What You’ll Do:
• Drive sales of Lugera’s full range of services to new and existing clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Take full responsibility for meeting business plans and revenue objectives
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential, new, and existing clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Collaborate effectively with all departments
• Stay informed of industry trends and market developments, contributing to the creation of new services aligned with client needs

What We’re Looking For:
• University degree in economics or another relevant field
• Minimum of two years of experience in the same or similar positions, with proven B2B experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and proactiveness
• Willingness to attend business events, conferences, and similar activities
• Working with CRM or ERP systems is considered a plus
• Driver license
