Area Sales Manager CEE & Balkans (m/f)

Lugera Talent Solutions (ex. Adecco) is leader in providing HR services. Our client, Molok Oy, is the market leader in high-capacity waste collection solutions. They design and manufacture innovative and sustainable Molok deep collection solutions which are currently present in 45 countries all over the world with more than 200.000 installed products. Now they are looking for a new colleague on a position: Area Sales Manager SEE & Balkans (m/f) Croatia RESPONSIBILITIES: Molok has a strong presence in the area via established distributor network and has been present in the Balkans for over 10 years. We are looking for a new person to replace their actual area sales manager who will retire at the end of this year. • Ensuring that commercial targets in the area are met; • Focus on managing and supporting Molok’s existing reseller/distributor network; • Support partners and distributors in all legal and possible ways to sell the Molok products and assist them with tenders, offers, meeting municipality authorities and/or B2B customers • Work on local pricing together with the distributor; • Responsibility of area’s budget; • Finding new customers and business opportunities in the geographical area; • Make analysis and reports of the area. REQUIREMENTS: • Rich experience in international reselling and selling investment products, engineering educational background is an advantage; • Developed network of contacts in the relevant field; • Demonstrated capability to achieve sales growth with distributor model; • Highly developed sales and negotiation skills; • Knowledge of financial figures and pricing; • Fluent knowledge in English language (oral and written), other languages are an advantage; • Excellent attitude and independent working methods with a clear focus on customers.
