• Provide thorough and dedicated support to users and drivers in resolving issues
• Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple platforms (email, chat, phone)
• Build trust with new users
• Identify issues and resolve them through appropriate channels
Zahtjevi poslodavca
• Excellent command of the Italian language, both spoken and written (minimum B1/B2 level)
• Proficiency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• A strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (40 hours per week)
