Job description
• Manage facility services, compliance, and daily site inspections
• Coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and landlords
• Oversee the Facility Help Desk and work order management system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site stakeholders
• Support the Site Manager with purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and invoices
• Promote and monitor Health & Safety standards and QHSE compliance
• Coordinate office moves, access control, security support, and visitor management
• Handle service charges, purchase orders, and cost center coding
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and space utilization activities

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
• Previous experience in facilities management or similiar role is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Croatian (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with work order platforms
• A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude
