Job description
• Group rollout ownership for retail solutions (stores + omnichannel), from blueprint to go-live across multiple markets.
• Translate retail business needs into solution design, functional specs, backlog, and deployment plans
• Integrations: ERP (SAP / MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central), middleware, e-commerce, payments, loyalty, inventory, pricing/promotions
• Lead end-to-end delivery with internal teams + vendors: scope, timeline, quality, UAT, cutover, hyper care
• Drive standardization: processes, master data, security/roles, documentation, release management
• Be a trusted partner to country management and retail leaders; align initiatives with Group strategy.
Employer's requirements
• Hands-on experience with LS Retail and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
• Solid understanding of retail operations: POS, promotions, pricing, returns, loyalty, stock management, store processes
• Experience with implementation/rollout (not only maintenance) and system integrations
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and vendors; strong communication and structured delivery mindset.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
• E-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), OMS, CRM, loyalty platforms knowledge
• Integration tools/middleware (API-based integrations)
• Multi-country rollouts, standardised templates, process harmonisation.
