Group Legal Specialist (m/f)

Zagreb, Croatia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing legal advice and support to all internal stakeholders (applies to all areas of law, in particular corporate, commercial, competition, employment law)
• Commercial & Competition law (preparation and review of various distribution and logistics contracts and other legal documentation, management of contracts da-tabase)
• Employment law (preparation of relevant documentation and legal support on HR &Tax related Group projects)
• Corporate law (corporate changes in all countries where Orbico operates; corpo-rate law advisory and managing corporate related documentation)
• Preparation of legal notices and recommendations from the Group level
• Coordination and close cooperation with legal departments and external legal ad-visors in all Orbico Group companies
• Supporting local companies in internal process reviews, new policy rollouts and im-plementation
• Participation in projects, meetings, preparing presentations and trainings.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimally 4-5 years of experience in legal affairs
• Bar exam is an advantage, but not required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)- C1 level required, preferably with Legal English certificate
• Legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to occasionally travel.
