• Development of an account strategy and definition of topic clusters for the hotel's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) together with the Social Media Manager at headquarters
• Monthly content planning/editorial planning for the hotel's social media channels together with the Social Media Manager at headquarters
• Independent content production (photos, videos, reels) including video editing, image/graphic editing (Adobe Express, Capcut) of at least 2 reels, 2 carousels, and 5 story slides per week – in compliance with the specified brand guidelines
• Coordination of photoshoots at the hotel by external UGC creators/videographers
• Independent publishing of organic content on the hotel's social media channels (via Sprout Social).
• Setup, placement, and budget management of engagement ads (via Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Regular performance monitoring based on defined KPIs and monthly reporting of all the hotel's social media activities.
• Active community management on all of the hotel's social media channels.
Zahtjevi poslodavca
• University or college degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus)
• Fluent in English (knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
