· Supporting immigration processes in accordance with existing procedures
· Preparing and processing visas, work and residence permits
· Maintaining and updating immigration documentation in the internal system
· Collaborating with government agencies, legal advisors, and external partners on acquiring immigration documentation and resolving other immigration matters
· Ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
· Identifying and escalating potential issues, and proposing improvements
· Monitoring costs related to immigration procedures
· Ensuring adherence to deadlines and reporting to supervisors
Zahtjevi poslodavca
· A collage degree preferred
· Previous experience in administrative job is an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of English
· Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Excellent customer service, verbal and written correspondence skills
