For their amazing team, we’re looking for a In-person Support Representative to support the day-to-day operations of their Greenlight locations in Croatia.
In this role, you’ll build Uber’s relationship with driver-partners, support their operational needs, and guide day-to-day operations of the Greenlight centers. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Community Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.

In-person Support Representative m/f

Location: Zagreb

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Deliver 5-star, in-person, and/or remote support to our driver-partners
• Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform
• Facilitate driver sign-ups and communicate the value proposition of driving with Uber, including proactive outreach when necessary
• Own personal metrics for customer support and performance
• Ensure issues are resolved using procedures or are escalated promptly
• Engage and support drivers and earners already on the platform to enable them for greater success
• Promote the Uber brand and get driver-partners excited to get onboarded and be on the road
• Assist with support, events, and projects as neede
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders when needed
• Present to groups of drivers and earners
• Travel around the country to support operations

Zahtjevi poslodavca

• At least 6 months of relevant experience (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar field) • Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills • Empathy, active listening, and strong EQ to handle customer interactions professionally • Ability to adapt, collaborate, and manage conflicts when needed • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems • Willingness and ability to travel within Croatia as needed
