Junior Commercial Project Manager (m/f)

Main responsibilities: - Prepare commercial reports for project and site management
- Support monthly reporting to management and stakeholders
- Process and monitor incoming invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Collect and compare offers and support supplier contracting
- Monitor delivery deadlines and provide logistical support to site teams
- Control guarantees and review/approve payments
- Prepare IPCs and client payment requests
- Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
- Identify risks and support claims and insurance processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, and support cash flow planning
Requirements: - Secondary, higher vocational, or university degree (economics background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English
What the company offers: - Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project, with a probation period of three months
- Engagement on a 3-4 year project, with opportunities for future project involvement
- 30 days of annual leave
- 13th salary
