General responsibilities include:
Managing procurement processes for construction projects in Dubrovnik – collecting and comparing offers from contractors (construction, installations, finishing works), coordinating material deliveries, and supplier communication
Procuring materials, services, and equipment for the maintenance and development of the company’s real estate portfolio (rental and development properties)
Cooperating with the technical team and project managers to optimize costs and procurement quality
Administrative tracking of offers, order creation, and supplier/cooperator database updates
Other administrative tasks

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required, we are also open to candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in construction or real estate (e.g., hospitality industry)
Mandatory fluency in English. German language skills are a plus
Good understanding of project processes and basic technical terminology
Familiarity with local market, suppliers, and materials
Understanding of procurement standards and procedures
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proactive and reliable, with a results-driven mindset
Team-oriented and open to learning
Proficient in Excel
