• Preparation of regular reports – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as specific reports required by the sales team
• Assistance in preparation of sales presentations, ad hoc reports, and forecasts
• Monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the data extracted from the reporting systems
• Database and mapping maintenance
• Administration and maintenance of the field service management (FSM) software
• Audit of data from FSM software to ensure data integrity and preparing reports for the sales team
• Collaboration with the field sales team to ensure that the FSM system functionalities meet their needs
• Other related duties as assigned
Zahtjevi poslodavca
• 1 -3 years experience on a similar role in sales support or customer service department
• Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of databases and database maintenance
• Experience in working with SAP, CRM and FSM is an advantage
• Result and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude, even in challenging situations
• Strong analytical and time management skills with commercial awareness
• Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
